From May until the end of September, many Barcelona hotels open their terraces, which until now have stayed closed.

Friends, views over Barcelona, a bit of warmth, music, something to nibble on and a drink in hand. That’s the plan for spring and summer evenings in the city.

Hotel Pulitzer terrace, Barcelona

As of today, 5 May, the Hotel Pulitzer’s terrace is open to the public. Live music, DJ sessions three days a week, views over the city centre and lush greenery make the perfect combination for unwinding at the end of the day.

Here’s a summary of what’s on offer:

  • Wednesdays: live bands from the independent pop, funk or electronic scene, playing from 8pm to 9pm.
  • Thursdays and Fridays: DJ sessions by well-known collectives and clubs from 7.30pm to 10.30pm.
  • One day a month, a special session ‘by Aperol Spritz’.
  • One Friday a month, ‘These charming evenings’ with DJ Borja Marlet, joined by personalities from the worlds of journalism and culture.

Open every day from 6pm to midnight. Entry is free and capacity is limited.
