Café Creyón, for breakfast or an afternoon treat

Good morning, Barcelona! On a Saturday or Sunday morning, what you fancy is somewhere cosy, with relaxed music and a good breakfast. Oh yes!

Creyón cafè is one of Barcelona’s charming cafés, with all sorts of finger-licking little cakes. The cook is Candida, a student at the Hofmann school, who makes the cakes as well as the lunches and dinners you can also have there.

On one of the walls, there are several frames with drawings done by customers. That’s because on every table there’s a notepad and a pencil so you can add your own little touch to the décor.

As well as the notepad, you’ll find a small slip of paper to fill in, inviting you to suggest the flavour, colour and extra ingredient for a cupcake for them to make. Of all the suggestions handed in, there’s one winner a month, who gets a free breakfast for four.
