Festial, a children's party venue | Barcelona
It’s coming up to a year since we held the first meet-up of blogger mums at Festial. The party venue had only just opened, and what better idea than to bring together a group of bloggers, most of them writing about children, so we could get to know each other, the kids could enjoy the place and we could all have a good time. It was Barcelona Colours who sent out the invitation, and it was a great success.
The truth is it was great fun for everyone. Young and old, we all had a Festial time. The good thing about this venue is that it’s quite big, with room for between 50 and 60 people, and it has a couple of state-of-the-art trampolines, which are the main attraction. There’s also a rubber ball pit with a slide and a table football table.
We also had a visit from Mickey, an entertainer who kept us amused during the meet-up with magic and then painted the faces of the children, who were thrilled. The venue can provide any kind of entertainment: magic, puppet shows, clowns, etc.
We were also joined by two people from Pallapupas, with the noses they use to steal smiles from children in hospital. The venue works with them in a number of ways.
I was in charge of taking the photos at the meet-up. At the end of the post you’ll find a small gallery with some of them.
Mireia, the owner, looks after every party held there with a great deal of care.
The space can also be hired for other kinds of events, not just children’s parties. At the moment it’s also used for workshops for adults.
So if you’re planning a birthday party for your little ones, or any other event that suits the space, think of Festial! A Festial space!
